Skills Requirements

The successful bidder must demonstrate:

  • Minimum NQF Level 6 qualification in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in SMME training, management, procurement, or related development programs.
  • Provision of at least three (3) signed reference letters from previous clients demonstrating relevant experience.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training content effectively, incorporating practical exercises and real-world examples.
  • Knowledge of South African procurement policies, local content requirements, and B-BBEE compliance.
  • Capacity to manage logistical arrangements, including venue setup, training materials, and participant engagement.
  • Compliance with all legal and administrative requirements, including tax compliance and registration on the Central Supplier Database.
