Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to supply marketing materials for the CEAD-Conference at Mangosuthu University of Technology. The service provider is expected to produce branded marketing items, including uniforms, promotional items, and other branded materials, to support the conference's promotional activities.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Provision of various marketing materials as detailed in the pricing schedule, such as:
• Wireless charging phone stands
• Notebooks, lip balms, conference pouches, lanyards, umbrellas, aprons, and gift bags
• Branded uniforms with MUT and SoE logos, including sample approval prior to final printing
• Additional marketing items branded with MUT logo and CEAD below artwork
• Delivery of all items to the specified destination by 13 November 2025.
• Ensuring all items are branded according to specifications and include the MUT logo on the right and SoE logo on the left side of uniforms.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Branded marketing items as per the detailed specifications in the RFQ and pricing schedule
• Provision of samples of branded uniforms before final print
• Delivery of all items by the specified deadline (13 November 2025)
• All delivery costs must be included in the bid price
• Items must be branded with MUT logo and CEAD below artwork where applicable
• Samples of uniforms and other branded items must be provided for approval prior to final production

Skills Requirements

The successful service provider must demonstrate:

• Proven experience in producing branded marketing materials and uniforms
• Capability to deliver high-quality branded promotional items within tight deadlines
• Ability to provide samples for approval before final production
• Technical expertise in branding, printing, and manufacturing of promotional items
• Good project management skills to coordinate delivery and branding processes
