The primary objective of this tender is to engage a qualified and experienced service provider to deliver networking and telephone cabling services to Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) for a duration of 12 months.   • Managing repairs to fibre optic infrastructure, including splicing, patching, and testing.

  • Performing ad hoc network and telephony cabling installations (e.g., new offices, lab expansions).
  • Responding to after-hours emergency work requests, subject to approval.
  • Maintaining service records through daily signed timesheets and job cards.
  • Participating in monthly service review meetings with MUT’s IT team.
  • Implementing a call logging system for tracking service requests, with updates and resolutions documented.
