The primary objective of this tender is to procure, design artwork, embroider, and supply promotional materials for the Global Congress Conference 2026, scheduled from 3rd to 6th August 2026. The aim is to obtain high-quality promotional items that meet the specifications and branding requirements of Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) for the conference.
The scope of work includes the procurement and supply of various promotional materials, such as:
The materials must be procured, artwork designed and approved, embroidered where applicable, and supplied in time for the conference dates.
