Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for the provision of temporary cleaners at various magistrate offices for a period of 36 months. The aim is to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across multiple locations through contracted cleaning services.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Providing temporary cleaning staff to various magistrate offices as per departmental requests.
• Covering specific areas such as magistrate offices, courtrooms, passages, kitchens, bathrooms, courtyards, and garages.
• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, window cleaning, and brass polishing.
• Providing cleaning services on weekdays from 07:00 to 15:30, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Managing ad hoc requests for cleaning in other departmental offices not exceeding 20 days per event.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual, safety, and quality standards as specified in the tender documentation.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of trained and qualified cleaning personnel for designated offices.
• Adherence to specified cleaning schedules and standards, including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• Use of appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies, which will be provided by the department for the duration of the contract.
• On-site training and handover for relief workers prior to commencement.
• Compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Maintaining hygiene and safety standards, including proper dress code and personal hygiene of staff.
• Proper documentation and reporting, including attendance registers, progress reports, and adherence to service level agreements.
