The primary objective of this quotation is to procure a one-off supply of Provox Laryclips compatible with Larytubes for clinical use at Ngwelezane Hospital. The procurement aims to secure reliable medical accessories that support post-laryngectomy patient care while complying with provincial health supply chain governance, quality standards, and preferential procurement regulations.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply of twenty boxes, each containing eight units, of Provox Laryclips. Delivery must be completed within three weeks (fifteen working days) from contract award. All goods must be brand new, unused, and retain a minimum shelf life of six months upon delivery. The contract is once-off with a ninety-day price validity period. Pricing must be firm and inclusive of all delivery costs to the designated hospital location. Late submissions will be automatically rejected.

Technical Requirements
