The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a supplier to provide office stationery and related goods and services as specified in the scope. The procurement aims to ensure the supply of quality stationery items, comply with procurement regulations, and promote equitable participation through preference points for historically disadvantaged groups.
The scope includes the supply of various office stationery and related items such as PVC binding combs, sticky notes, magnets, batteries, scissors, Prestik, punchers, staplers, highlighters, stamp ink, refill leads, pencils, filing pockets, pens, marker pens, and other office essentials. The quantities are specified per item, with a total of multiple units and packs as detailed in the scope section.
The scope also encompasses administrative and procurement requirements, including submission of proof of previous supply, specifications, catalogues, and images of items, as well as compliance with procurement policies and preference criteria.
