The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider responsible for the design, approval, and project inception related to the construction of the NHLS Murchison Laboratory. The service provider will be tasked with delivering comprehensive design, obtaining necessary approvals, and initiating the project to ensure the successful development of the laboratory facility.
