Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage a service provider to design, layout, print, add names, and frame ERWAT certificates for Long Service and Retirees’ Awards Ceremony scheduled for 5 December 2025. Additionally, the provider will supply trophies for long service awards and retirees, ensuring recognition of employee dedication and service.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Design, layout, and printing of 94 ERWAT certificates, categorized by service years (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 years), including typing of individual names and framing in aluminium clip frames (A4 size, 25mm profile, silver, full colour, 350gsm, matte finish).
• Provision of branded, personalized trophies (crystal glass, flame-shaped with blue base and crystal balls), laser engraved with specified wording, logo, and date, for 94 delegates receiving awards.
• Presentation of branded trophies to two retirees.
• Submission of sample photographs of certificates and trophies, along with relevant reference letters and certificates of completion.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications include:

• Certificates: A4 size, full colour, 350gsm, matte finish, white, with individual names typed and framed.
• Frames: Aluminium clip frames, 25mm profile, silver, packaged bubble-wrapped.
• Trophies: Crystal glass, flame shape, 19cm height, 13cm width, with blue base, laser engraving, and specific wording and logo placement.
• Wording on trophies: "Thank you for your loyal service over the years", year "2025", and recipient's name.
• Additional branding: A3 branded gift bags (metallic silver, logo provided), screen printed in one colour.

Skills Requirements

The bidder must demonstrate:

• Experience in designing and printing certificates and trophies for formal award ceremonies.
• Technical capability to produce high-quality certificates and crystal trophies as per specifications.
• Ability to provide sample photographs of the certificates and trophies for approval.
• Provision of references and certificates of completion from previous clients, not older than five years.
• Compliance with all mandatory requirements, including submission of photographs, reference letters, and sample certificates and trophies.
