Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider responsible for the supply, handling, and delivery of diesel and oil to various villages within Mapodile Depot. This includes ensuring the timely and efficient distribution of specified quantities of diesel, oil, and petrol to designated villages.

Scope

The scope of the project encompasses:

• Supply of diesel (14 units, 210L each)
• Supply of oil (16 units, 5L each)
• Supply of unleaded petrol (2 units, 210L each)
• Delivery to the following villages: Mabocha, Mareseleng, Kopi, Kutulolo, Dithamaga, Komane, and Legabeng

The service provider must handle the logistics, storage, and delivery of these fuels and oils to the specified locations within the Mapodile Depot area.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of fully completed and signed quotation documents, including MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9, and MBD 6.1 forms
• Submission of a CSD Summary Report
• Proof of municipal rates payment or exemption (if applicable), including affidavits or proof from the Local Authority/Municipality
• All alterations to documents must be signed; unsigned alterations will not be accepted
• Sealed quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked appropriately, and deposited in the tender box at Groblersdal Fire Station by 11h00 on 12 June 2026
• Late submissions and electronic bids (fax, email, telex) will not be accepted
