Objectives

Technical Requirements

• Use of the formula provided in Annexure A for calculating points related to ownership and other criteria.
• Adherence to the guidelines for submitting quotations via email to [email protected].
• Compliance with the procurement regulations, including the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR) 2022.
• Provision of accurate ownership details and disclosure of any interests in related enterprises.
• Declaration of any controlling interests, interests in related enterprises, and compliance with transparency principles.
• Submission of preference points claim forms and supporting documentation as required.

Skills Requirements

• Understanding of procurement processes and compliance with legislative and departmental policies.
• Ability to accurately complete and submit preference claim forms and related documentation.
• Knowledge of the technical aspects of locksmith services to ensure the quality of service delivery.
• Competence in calculating and claiming points based on ownership, enterprise location, and B-BBEE status.
• Effective communication skills for clarifications and negotiations during the procurement process.
