Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to repair leaking water pipes in restrooms at the Regional Laundry Cato Manor. The work aims to ensure proper functioning of water systems in the restrooms to facilitate staff use, including bathing facilities.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Identifying all leaking water pipes in the specified restrooms.
• Replacing the identified pipes with new copper pipes.
• Welding connectors where required.
• Re-plastering the walls with a smooth finish.
• Painting the plastered walls with the same color as existing paint.

The work must adhere to the detailed specifications and quality standards provided, including the use of SABS approved parts.

• Skills in wall plastering and painting to ensure a professional finish.
• Knowledge of safety standards and use of approved materials.
