The primary objective of this tender is to engage a qualified contractor to carry out repairs and maintenance works on the Diver's Den and Boat House located in the Port of Richards Bay. The scope includes structural repairs, installation of rain barriers, sealing, U-channel removal and installation, and window re-installation, ensuring the facilities are maintained in good condition for a period of three months.
