Objectives

The primary objective is to appoint a qualified supplier to deliver comprehensive repairs and IT services for fifteen (15) Incudrive 90Touch units. The contract aims to restore operational functionality, ensure compatibility with proprietary control software, establish secure administrative access, provide targeted staff training, and facilitate system integration and virtualization in compliance with South African public procurement standards.

Technical Requirements

• Submission of an official authorization letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) permitting repairs and servicing.
• Capability to interface with and enable the execution of Jumo Software across all units.
• Proficiency in resetting Incudrive hardware/firmware functionality and managing device-specific master authentication protocols.
• Expertise in configuring and maintaining user databases and system configuration files.
• Technical competence in system integration and virtualization architectures.
• Compliance with standard public procurement documentation, including SBD declarations and preference point claim forms.
