Objectives

The work is to be completed on a once-off basis, with the repairs to be carried out at the hospital's location, adhering to the specifications and standards outlined in the tender documents.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:

• Provision of services for repairs to trellidoors, aluminium doors, and windows at Mselenii Hospital
• Compliance with the attached specifications and standards (e.g., SAS standards)
• Participation in a compulsory site inspection scheduled for 18/09/2025 at 10:00 in the Recreation Hall
• Submission of a valid quotation on official forms, including detailed pricing and specifications
• Provision of proof of compliance with preference points and BBBEE status where applicable
• Adherence to the procurement policies, including submission of all mandatory documents such as the Bidder's Disclosure (SBD4), Price Page, and Preference Points Claim Form (SBD 6.1)
• Guarantee of quality and durability of repairs, conforming to SAS standards
• Completion of work within the specified contract period (once-off)
• Provision of samples if required, and attendance at the compulsory site briefing session
