Scope

The scope covers the complete repair, servicing, and testing of grass cutting and cricket pitch machines located at the Supply Chain Management facility in Harrower Road, Port Elizabeth. The successful bidder will be responsible for fault diagnosis, procurement of replacement parts, execution of all mechanical and electrical repairs, operational testing, and safe return of fully functional equipment. All work must strictly follow the municipal specifications and pricing schedule.

Technical Requirements

• A fully completed pricing schedule must be uploaded electronically to the Informal Tender Portal before the closing deadline. Omission will render the submission non-responsive.
• All submissions must be made online; faxed or hard-copy responses will be rejected.
• Tender pricing must remain valid for a minimum of thirty days from the submission date.
