| Briefing Date Details: | A non-compulsory briefing will be conducted via Microsoft Teams on 6 May 2025 (Bidder will have an option between two sessions) at 11h00 (CAT) Pretoria and 15h00. The bidder can attend either one of the two sessions. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. 2.1 A Certificate of Attendance set out in Section 6 hereto must be completed and submitted with your RFQ response as proof of attendance. The response must be sent to [email protected] 2.2 Despite the briefing session being non-compulsory, Transnet nevertheless encourages all Respondents to attend. Transnet will not be held responsible if any Respondent who did not attend the non-compulsory session subsequently feels disadvantaged as a result thereof. |
