Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to invite quotations for the printing of an annual report, specifically a full-colour A4 report with approximately 180 pages, to be produced in 50 copies including covers and supplementary USBs. The aim is to obtain a high-quality printed report that meets specified technical and design standards, in line with the organization's branding and communication goals.

Scope

The scope of the tender encompasses:

• Printing of a full-colour annual report on A4 size paper.
• Approximately 180 pages, with the final page count to be reviewed post-typesetting.
• Use of specific paper types: Inside pages on 115 Hi-Q matt paper, cover on 300 Hi-Q gloss laminate, with full-colour printing.
• Binding through thread sewing and PUR binding.
• Production of 50 copies, including covers and 2 USB drives containing the report.
• Provision of layout designs in portrait orientation, with specific design files linked in the specifications.

• Knowledge of B-BBEE compliance and the ability to complete relevant documentation to qualify for preference points.
