The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for the general building renovation of Building 22 A36 Library at the CSIR Scientia Campus in Pretoria. The aim is to upgrade and refurbish the specified building to meet the required standards, including surface preparation, flooring, painting, and installation of a shopfront, ensuring a professional and functional environment.
