Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to renew and supply Adobe Pro and Creative Cloud licenses for a period of 12 months to the Moses Kotane Research Institute (MKRI). The aim is to ensure continuous access to Adobe software tools necessary for the institute’s operations.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps licenses, Adobe Stock, and Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses.
• Supply and delivery of the licenses within 7 days of receiving the purchase order.
• Renewal of licenses for a duration of 12 months.
• Compliance with technical, administrative, and preference requirements as specified in the tender documentation.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Proof that the bidder is an authorized Adobe reseller.
• Provision of the following licenses:
  • Creative Cloud All Apps + Adobe Stock (Quantity: 5 licenses)
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro (Quantity: 35 licenses)
• Supply and delivery of licenses within 7 days of order receipt.
• Completion of all relevant SBD forms, including pricing, declaration, and preference claim forms.
• Compliance with the procurement policies, including tax and BBBEE requirements.

Skills Requirements

The skills and qualifications required from bidders include:

• Authorized Adobe reseller certification or proof.
• Ability to supply and deliver licenses promptly and efficiently.
• Experience in providing software licenses and related services.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures and compliance with legal and administrative standards.
• Provision of supporting documentation to substantiate claims for specific goals (e.g., BBBEE certificate, ID copies, enterprise registration).
