The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to perform a Compliance Maturity Assessment for the City of Ekurhuleni (CoE). The assessment aims to evaluate the current state of the municipality’s compliance systems, identify gaps, and provide recommendations to enhance compliance maturity levels. The assessment covers governance, risk management, processes, people, systems, data, and monitoring and assurance, with the goal of supporting the CoE in developing and embedding effective compliance frameworks.
