Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure specific stores materials, including 12 units of 355mm long VJ couplings and 6 units of PVC UPVC pipes, in accordance with the technical specifications provided. Scope

The scope encompasses the submission of written quotations on company letterhead for the specified quantities and descriptions of stores materials. Technical Requirements

• Quotation must specify the unit prices for the following items:
  • 12 units of 355mm long VJ Couplings (344-360mm)
  • 6 units of Pipe UPVC CL16 355mm x 6m
• All bidders must demonstrate clear knowledge of the items they are quoting for.
• Completed quotations must be sealed, clearly marked with the company name, address, and reference number, and deposited into the designated quotations box by the deadline.
• Compliance with the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022, including submission of MBD forms (MBD 4 & 6.1).
• Registration with the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is mandatory for evaluation.
• Vendors must adhere to the conditions regarding VAT status, and verification of tax compliance will be conducted.
