The primary objectives of this tender are to:

  • Design, prepare, and facilitate a comprehensive Employment Equity (EE) Committee Capacity Building Workshop for SANPC.

  • Conducting structured discussions on employment barriers, affirmative action measures, discrimination, diversity, and skills development.
  • Reviewing SANPC’s employment equity priorities, barrier analysis findings, and developing practical interventions.
  • Identifying implementation responsibilities and developing recommendations for the EE Committee.
  • Submitting a comprehensive post-training report within five working days after the workshop.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the service provider include:

  • Facilitating a two-day face-to-face workshop in Cape Town for twenty participants.
  • Developing detailed workshop materials, including presentation slides, facilitator guides, and participant manuals.
  • Designing practical exercises, case studies, and group activities aligned with the workshop content.
  • Ensuring highly interactive methodologies such as discussions, scenario analysis, and action planning.
  • Providing competent facilitators with relevant experience and qualifications.
  • Delivering all workshop deliverables on time and maintaining confidentiality.

Skills Requirements

The successful bidder must demonstrate:

  • Organizational experience with a minimum of five (5) years in:
    • Employment Equity consulting
    • Diversity and Inclusion
    • Transformation
    • Employment Equity Committee facilitation
    • Employment Equity Plan development and review
  • Provision of at least two (2) qualified professionals with:
    • Minimum five (5) years' experience in Employment Equity, Transformation, or Diversity Management
    • NQF Level 7 qualification or higher in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, Social Sciences, Business Management, Organisational Development, or related fields
  • Ability to develop and deliver interactive training content tailored to legislative and practical aspects of employment equity.
  • Provision of references and certified qualifications for key personnel.
