RFQ-ENVIRONMENTAL LEGAL COMPLIANCE EVALUATION AUDIT

The primary objective of the tender is to conduct an Environmental Legal Compliance Evaluation of the Terminal's operations. This assessment aims to determine the level of compliance with applicable local, national, and provincial environmental legislation, regulations, standards, and licence conditions. The evaluation supports continual improvement within the Environmental Management System (EMS), ensures ongoing regulatory compliance, and facilitates the maintenance of ISO 14001:2015 certification readiness.
