Objectives

The primary objective is to procure the hire of a four-wheel-drive Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB) with a qualified operator for a total of 200 operating hours. The contract aims to support water and sanitation infrastructure development, maintenance, and emergency response activities at the Western Depot facility.

Scope of Work

• Supply a fully operational 4x4 TLB on a wet rate basis for 200 hours.
• Ensure equipment availability for both standard business hours and after-hours deployment as project requirements dictate.
• Facilitate earthworks, trenching, loading, and site preparation specifically for water and sanitation projects.
• Coordinate logistics and handover through the municipality's Supply Chain Management Unit.
