Objectives

The primary objectives of this tender are to procure training services for ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards for SANPC Parow. The training aims to develop proactive risk controls, align SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) objectives with organizational strategic goals, improve the management system to meet international best practices, reduce reliance on external consultants, enhance governance, and ensure proactive risk management within the organization.

Scope

The scope includes the provision of integrated ISO45001 and ISO14001 implementation and lead auditor training for designated attendees at SANPC Parow. The training should cover the development of risk management strategies, management system improvements, and alignment with international standards. The scope also encompasses the development of organizational capacity to manage SHEQ risks proactively, with the possibility of negotiations before or after contract award.

Technical Requirements

• Delivery of ISO45001 & 14001 integrated implementation and lead auditor training.
• Training must enable attendees to develop proactive risk controls and align SHEQ objectives with organizational goals.
• Training content should improve the organization’s management system in line with international best practices.
• The provider must demonstrate the ability to deliver comprehensive training that reduces external consultancy reliance and enhances governance.
• Training must be valid, comprehensive, and aligned with relevant ISO standards.
• The provider should be capable of engaging in negotiations prior or post award to refine scope and deliverables.

Skills Requirements

• Proven expertise in ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards and their implementation.
• Experience in delivering integrated management system training and lead auditor courses.
