Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure catering services for the Mandela Day Expo Lunch organized by SANPC Parow, ensuring provision of lunch packs for 150 learners on 24 July 2026 at 11:30. Additionally, the tender aims to promote transformation and empowerment through the inclusion of specific goals such as B-BBEE compliance and Black ownership.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Provision of lunch packs for 150 learners at the specified venue and date.
• Ensuring the catering service meets specified requirements, including the provision of a Halaal certificate (failure to submit will lead to disqualification).
• Adherence to background and scope details, including venue, date, and time.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of lunch packs suitable for learners, with a specified venue and schedule.
• Submission of valid Halaal certification.
• Completion of all bidding procedures including administrative and substantive responsiveness tests.
• Compliance with SANPC’s evaluation criteria, including functionality and technical thresholds.
• Adherence to health and safety standards, and any other specific conditions outlined in the tender documentation.

• Experience in catering services, particularly for large groups and learners.
