Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure calibration services for Alcohol Breathalyzers at the Ogies site, ensuring accurate and reliable alcohol testing equipment in compliance with relevant standards.

Scope

The scope includes the calibration of Alcohol Breathalyzers located at the SANPC Ogies facility, situated at the SFF building, Wakefield Road, Ogies, behind Zibulo opencast mine. The service must meet the specifications outlined in the tender documentation and adhere to the specified technical and compliance requirements.

Technical Requirements

• Calibration of Alcohol Breathalyzers to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Location-specific service at the SANPC Ogies site.
• Completion within the stipulated timeframe, with the possibility of negotiations post-award.
• Provision of a detailed Price Schedule and compliance with scope and specifications.
• Submission of all required documentation, including BBBEE certificates, tax compliance status, and relevant declarations.
• Adherence to SANPC’s evaluation criteria, including price and specific goals (e.g., Black Owned, Black Woman Owned).

Skills and Skills Requirements

• Technical expertise in alcohol breathalyzer calibration and maintenance.
• Experience with calibration procedures in accordance with national standards.
• Ability to provide certified calibration certificates and detailed reports.
