RFQ-PRINTING OF DUMP BOOKS BY 03 SEPTEMBER 2026
The City of uMhlathuze aims to procure seventy (70) professionally produced triplicate dump books for municipal operational use. The primary objective is to secure a reliable supplier capable of delivering high-quality, specification-compliant printed materials at a competitive rate, while adhering to strict municipal supply chain management protocols. Successful delivery will enable accurate recording and tracking of municipal dumping activities, with payment structured within thirty days of verified receipt and tax invoice submission.
The appointed supplier will manage the end-to-end production and delivery of the specified booklet sets. This includes adjusting existing layouts to incorporate the current municipal emblem, preparing pre-production samples for formal approval, executing full-scale printing, collating, and delivering the finished goods to the designated Supply Chain Management Unit. The supplier must ensure all municipal compliance documentation is attached, quotations are completed in black ink, and any modifications are formally countersigned. No site meetings are required, and delivery must align with the stipulated timeline.

Most large tenders are composed of tasks in a number of different fields, and it is not always possible for a single company to cater for all of them, and therefore Joint Ventures and Consortia are formed to then submit a tender together.
Government tenders are also requiring the subcontracting of a percentage of the tender work, and the trouble is then finding Subcontractors to comply with the tender requirements
To assist companies with finding tender partners and subcontractors, you can now submit your contact details and company information on this page, so other interested parties can contact you for purposes of forming Joint Ventures and subcontracting
