Objectives

• Submission of relevant technical and legal documentation, including roadworthy certificates, maintenance records, proof of ownership, and lease agreements if applicable.
• Adherence to delivery timelines and site requirements as specified by the City of uMhlathuze.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the service provider include:

• Provision of a vacuum truck with a capacity of 12,500 liters.
• A dedicated team of three personnel trained in sewage cleaning procedures.
• Personnel must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to prevent contact with sewage.
• The service provider must be eligible to obtain dumping certificates for designated disposal sites.
• Submission of the following returnable documents:
  • Roadworthy certificate (License disc)
  • Recent truck maintenance records
  • Proof of ownership or lease agreement (if leased), including contact details and company stamp
