• Delivery to the Supply Chain Management Unit at the specified address in Alton, Richards Bay.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the goods include:

• Product must be ammonia-free.
• Container size: 5 liters.
• Product must be accompanied by a valid Certificate of Analysis (COA).
• Delivery must be completed within the specified lead time, prior to or on 17 August 2026.

Skills and Supplier Requirements

Suppliers must meet the following criteria:

• Be registered with the Central Suppliers Database (CSD); provide CSD number.
• Provide a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund or Department of Labour.
• Complete the RFQ in black ink; avoid pencil submissions.
• Sign all alterations and the quotation itself; incomplete submissions will be disqualified.
• Adhere to statutory requirements, including VAT registration and compliance.
• Possess the capacity to supply the specified quantity within the required timeframe.
• Provide all compulsory documentation as listed in the checklist, including tax compliance certificates and relevant certifications.
• Demonstrate understanding of procurement policies and declare any interests or conflicts of interest.
