Objectives

• Delivery to the Supply Chain Management Unit at the specified address: End of Betastraal, Alton, Richards Bay.
• All alterations to quotations must be signed by the bidder.
• Price changes after submission must be signed to be valid.
• All relevant statutory and municipal regulations must be adhered to, including VAT and customs levies.

Skills and Qualification Requirements

The bidder must meet the following skills and qualification criteria:

• Registration with the Central Suppliers Database (CSD); CSD number must be provided.
• Provision of a Letter of Good Standing from relevant authorities.
• Completion of RFQ forms in black ink; submissions in pencil will be rejected.
• Compliance with compulsory documentation, including tax compliance certificates, health certificates (if applicable), SHE risk management documentation, and proof of registration.
• Familiarity with municipal procurement policies and preferential procurement points claim procedures.
• Understanding of statutory requirements related to supply chain management and procurement regulations.
