Objectives

Technical Requirements

• Pack size: 25 units per pack
• Delivery to the Supply Chain Management Unit, End of Betastraal, Alton, Richards
• All alterations to the quotation must be signed by the bidder
• Price must be quoted in black ink; no pencil entries accepted
• Compliance with statutory changes including VAT and customs levies
• Registration with Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and provision of CSD number
• Provision of a Letter of Good Standing

Skills and Qualification Requirements

• Registered suppliers with the Central Suppliers Database (CSD)
• Registered with the Municipal Council Database (obtainable via the municipal website)
• Compliance with statutory and procurement regulations
• Provision of relevant certification including tax compliance, good standing, and health certificates where applicable
• Completion of RFQ forms in black ink and signing of all alterations and the quotation itself
• Understanding of municipal procurement policies and preferential procurement points system
• Ability to provide technical and legal documentation as required for evaluation and compliance
