Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a supplier capable of providing and delivering refreshments to SANPC Parow, ensuring timely and quality service to meet the company's needs.

Scope

The scope involves the supply and delivery of refreshments to SANPC Parow. The supplier must provide all goods as specified, adhere to delivery schedules, and comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the tender documentation. The site visit is not applicable for this tender.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of refreshments as per the specifications detailed in the RFQ.
• Complete and accurate submission of pricing, including detailed breakdowns and unconditional discounts.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) prior to bid submission, unless foreign supplier with no local entity.
• Compliance with B-BBEE status levels, with submission of valid certificates or sworn affidavits.
• Full completion of the RFQ forms, including the SBD1 cover page, declaration forms, and relevant annexures.
• Adherence to the evaluation criteria, including administrative and substantive responsiveness, and final price and goal scoring.
• Provision of proof of tax compliance and registration details.
