Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a supplier capable of providing and delivering refreshments to SANPC Parow in July. The aim is to ensure the timely supply of various beverages and consumables as specified in the scope of work, supporting SANPC's operational needs.

The supplier must deliver these items as specified, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Full compliance with the scope of work and specifications listed above.
• Completion of all required documentation, including the SBD1 form and relevant declarations.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) prior to bid submission, unless the supplier is a foreign entity with no local registration.
• Provision of valid BBBEE certificates or sworn affidavits to claim preference points.
• Adherence to the evaluation criteria, including price and specific goals, with a focus on quality, compliance, and delivery capacity.

Skills Requirements

The skills and competencies required from the supplier include:

• Experience in supplying and delivering refreshments and consumables in a timely manner.
• Ability to manage logistics and inventory to meet SANPC’s delivery schedules.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures and compliance with South African supply chain management policies.
• Capability to provide quality assurance and documentation to support bid evaluation and compliance.
• Understanding of relevant legal and tax compliance requirements, including SARS registration and tax clearance.
