Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to conduct a comprehensive risk assessment within the municipal buildings of Ndwedwe Local Municipality. The assessment aims to identify potential risks and hazards to enhance safety and compliance within the municipal premises.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Conducting a detailed risk assessment in all designated municipal buildings.
• Providing a report with findings and recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Availability of the full scope of work at Ndwedwe Municipal Offices from 28th May 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:

• Completion of the proposal in accordance with the conditions specified in the bid document.
• Sealing and marking the proposal envelope with "RISK ASSESSMENT : REF NO: NDWP 27/25/26".
• Submission of proposals in person at the designated bid box at Ndwedwe Municipal Offices by 12H00 on 8th June 2026.
• Proposals must be valid for 90 days.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is mandatory for consideration.
