Scope

The contract covers the complete supply and delivery of one road marking machine to Lot 169 Umzinto Nelson Mandela Road. Scope requirements include conducting induction lessons to train municipal operators on safe and efficient machine use, and providing a twelve-month guarantee covering defects and mechanical failures. The municipality will evaluate bids based on relevant specifications, value for money, execution capability, and compliance with public finance regulations. The client reserves the right to accept part of any bid, reject any quotation, and is not bound to award the contract to the lowest bidder.
