Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure Root Cause Analysis (RCA) training for Quality Management System (QMS). The training aims to enhance the competence of five candidates over two days, focusing on methodologies such as fishbone diagrams, the "whys" technique, and the Preventive Action system, in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Providing RCA training for five candidates over a two-day period.
• The training must cover root cause analysis techniques, including the use of fishbone diagrams and the "whys" method.
• The training content should incorporate the Preventive Action system.
• The training must be aligned with ISO 9001 standards.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that:

• The training provider must be registered or accredited with SETA.
• South African companies must provide a current CSD report (not older than 2 months) showing registration, activity status, and tax compliance.
• Foreign or international companies must complete SBD1 documentation.
• Provide two reference letters of previous similar work done within the last 24 months.
• Training must be conducted in a suitable venue and adhere to ISO 9001 standards.

Skills Requirements

The skills requirements include:

• Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques, including fishbone diagrams and the "whys" method.
• Ability to deliver training aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience in conducting similar RCA training sessions, evidenced by reference letters.
• Knowledge of preventive action systems within quality management frameworks.
