Technical Requirements

• Product must be sterile, latex-free, and equipped with functional suction control.
• Must feature an atraumatic tip specifically designed for paediatric airway use.
• Each unit must be individually packed and clearly labelled with both manufacturing and expiry dates.
• Supplied products must remain valid for a minimum of six months upon delivery; expired or second-hand items will be automatically rejected.
• Bidders must hold a valid licence issued by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) authorising the manufacture, import, export, or wholesale distribution of medical devices.
• Full compliance with the attached technical specification document is mandatory.

• Top-scoring bidders may be requested to submit physical samples for independent quality verification before final award.
