Objectives

• Participation requires attending a compulsory site meeting at Munelek Depot, Harrower Road, North End, Port Elizabeth, on 20 April 2026 between 09h00 and 10h00.
• Bid document forms must be completed and returned before the closing date and time.
• All tender responses must be submitted online; fax submissions are not accepted.
• Prices submitted should be valid for a minimum of thirty (30) days from the tender closing date.
• Successful registration on the Nelson Mandela Bay Supplier Database is mandatory for tender acceptance.
