Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified Consulting Engineering Company to execute the scope outlined in the RFP for the LPG Pipeline and Berth Modification Project. The goal is to ensure the successful design, planning, and implementation of modifications to enhance the LPG pipeline infrastructure and berth facilities.

Scope

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

• Design and engineering services for the LPG pipeline modifications from Berth 104 to the Avedia LPG Terminal.
• Modification and upgrade of berth facilities to accommodate the LPG pipeline and related infrastructure.
• Project management and coordination during the execution phase.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and technical standards.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that the consulting firm must:

• Provide detailed engineering designs and drawings for the pipeline and berth modifications.
• Ensure the designs meet relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
