The primary objective of this tender is to procure chemicals for water purification at Tafalofefe Hospital in Centane, Eastern Cape Province, for a period of twenty-four (24) months. The department aims to establish a Service Level Agreement with a qualified supplier capable of supplying and delivering the required chemicals to ensure safe and effective water treatment at the hospital.
The scope includes the supply and delivery of specific water purification chemicals, such as aluminium sulphate, chlorine granules, and soda ash, to Tafalofefe Hospital. The contract is rate/item based, with purchases made on an "as and when required" basis. The delivery address is Tafalofefe Hospital, Centane, Eastern Cape, with an estimated period of twenty-four months and delivery within 30 days of order receipt.
