Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver statutory compliance labour legislation display materials for Greater Tzaneen Municipality (GTM) workstations. The materials are intended to ensure that municipal workplaces are compliant with current South African labour legislation, providing standardized, durable, and legally compliant workplace displays across 50 municipal workstations and satellite offices.

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of standardized statutory labour legislation display materials.
• Installation of these materials at 50 municipal workstations and satellite offices.
• Ensuring all materials are up-to-date and reflect the latest legislative amendments.
• Materials must be durable, legally compliant, and suitable for workplace display (mounted on rigid backing).

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the materials are as follows:

• Materials must be standardized, durable, and compliant with South African legislative requirements.
• All materials must be current, reflecting the latest amendments to labour legislation.
• Materials should be suitable for installation in municipal workplaces, mounted on rigid backing for durability.
• The total quantity required is for 50 municipal workstations and satellite offices.

Skills and Qualification Requirements

Interested bidders must demonstrate the following:

• Provision of proof of compliance documentation, including latest CSD report, certified copies of IDs for all directors, municipal rates and taxes statements, and tax clearance.
• Ability to supply legally compliant, up-to-date statutory labour legislation display materials.
• Experience in delivering workplace compliance materials across multiple sites.
• Attending a compulsory briefing session scheduled for 09 June 2026 at 10h00.
• Adherence to the Greater Tzaneen Municipality Supply Chain Management policies and procedures.
