Scope

The successful bidder will be responsible for the end-to-end supply and delivery of 54 complete screen curtain sets across designated hospital units. The scope encompasses professional tailoring, installation-ready hardware provision, and logistics to multiple ward locations. All items must be clearly labelled per unit and delivered according to precise dimensional specifications for both round and straight ceiling tracks. Attendance at a compulsory site briefing is mandatory to review physical samples and track configurations prior to submission.

Technical Requirements

• Fabric must be antibacterial, medical-grade, and inherently flame retardant (IFR).
• Material must incorporate a ventilated mesh panel at the top while remaining non-see-through and lightweight.
• Curtains must be robust, easy to maintain, and machine washable in cold water.
• Total width must exceed track measurements by a minimum of 10% to ensure proper drape and coverage.
• Brass curtain hooks must be pre-installed every five holes along the curtain tape.
• Each curtain requires stitched tie-backs (40 cm length, 7 cm width) positioned directly beneath the mesh insert on both sides.
• Colour specification mandates powder blue main fabric with matching blue mesh panels.
• All supplied goods must be brand new, unused, and valid for at least six months upon delivery. Expired or second-hand items are strictly prohibited.

Strict Administrative Compliance: All quotation forms must be completed using official templates without redrafting.
