Technical Requirements

• Completion of inspection and testing of fittings, safety valves, lifting gear, and pressure vessels.
• Verification of safety valve operation and compliance with regulations.
• Inspection of all parts for accessibility and defect identification affecting maximum permissible working pressure.
• Recording of test results in log books and stamping of Pressure Test Record Plates.
• Certification of the vessel’s safety for continued use and documentation of necessary repairs or repairs.
• Adherence to specified standards for internal and external inspections, material verification, and testing durations.
• Provision of official stamps and signatures to validate inspection and testing.

Skills Requirements

• Qualified inspectors and technicians with expertise in pressure vessel and fitting inspection.
