Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider to perform pest control maintenance at Rietvlei Hospital for a period of six months, ensuring effective pest management in accordance with specified standards and requirements.

Scope

The scope includes providing pest control services at Rietvlei Hospital, including attending a compulsory site meeting, adhering to detailed specifications, and delivering services over a six-month contract period. The service must meet the detailed specifications attached and comply fully with the provided standards and requirements.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of pest control maintenance services as per attached specifications (specification details are attached and must be complied with).
• Participation in a compulsory site meeting scheduled for 25/05/2026 at 13:00 in the SCM Boardroom.
• Delivery of quotations to the Rietvlei Hospital Security gate.
• Adherence to quality standards, packaging, and delivery conditions specified in the tender documents.
• Provision of necessary documentation, including source verification, tax compliance, and signed specifications (Annexure A).
• Compliance with all contractual, legal, and procurement regulations, including the Department of Health’s procurement policies.
