Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure side panels/walls for an existing 3m x 3m pop-up gazebo frame to meet the needs of the GJ Crookes Hospital. The project aims to supply fully enclosed, waterproof, UV-resistant fabric panels with branding and messaging, suitable for outreach activities, ensuring compatibility with the existing gazebo structures.

Scope

The scope includes the supply, delivery, and branding of:

• 48 branded side panels (4 panels per gazebo for 12 gazebos)
• Panels must fully enclose the 3m x 3m gazebo frame, including a zippered door
• Materials: 600D Oxford polyester or PVC coated polyester, waterproof and UV resistant
• Panels should be compatible with standard gazebo frames, with features such as Velcro straps, buckles, pole pockets, reinforced corners, and messaging/messages of service rendered to be printed as per end-user finalization
• Branding with Department logo and colours (green, yellow, white)

Technical Requirements

• Each panel: 3m width x 3m height, with reinforced double-stitched hems and corner reinforcements
• One panel per gazebo to include a 1m wide zippered door for access
• Panels must be banded with the Department of Health branding and messages of service rendered
• Materials must meet SABD standards
• Panels must be delivered ready for installation with artwork provided for branding
• Delivery to be made to the specified address within the agreed timeframe

Skills Requirements

Procuring bidders should possess:

• Experience in manufacturing and branding fabric panels for outdoor use
• Technical capability to produce waterproof, UV-resistant fabric panels with reinforced stitching and branding
• Ability to provide artwork and branding messages as per specifications
• Logistical capacity for timely delivery to the specified location
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as SABD
