Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to solicit formal written price quotations from qualified service providers for the supply and delivery of stationery items, specifically 500 boxes of A4 white paper (80gsm), 1500 lever arch files, and 200 black pens, to the Rand West City Local Municipality.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision of the following stationery goods:

• 500 boxes of A4 white paper, 80gsm
• 1500 lever arch files
• 200 black pens

The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying and delivering these items as per the specifications outlined in the tender documentation.

• Lever Arch Files: Quantity of 1500 units
• Black Pens: Quantity of 200 units, in black color

Skills and Qualifications Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate:

• Relevant experience in supplying stationery or similar goods
• Compliance with municipal procurement policies and conditions
• Provision of all administrative documents including valid tax compliance certificates, CSD registration, BBBEE certificates or affidavits, company registration documents, and ID copies of directors
• Ability to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards
• Financial stability evidenced by recent audited financial statements (for bids exceeding R10 million)
