Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure sterile diluent 100 ML labels (Item Code: BL006) that meet specified quality and technical standards. The procurement aims to ensure the supply of compliant labels for use in pharmaceutical packaging, adhering to the detailed specifications provided.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of 100,000 labels of sterile diluent 100 ML bottles as per attached specifications.
• Design and printing of labels with specified dimensions, colors, and information.
• Supply of labels with appropriate packaging, including shipper rolls with 3,000 labels each.
• Compliance with quality assurance and certification requirements, including Certificates of Conformance.
• Adherence to procurement procedures via the designated OBP e-procurement portal.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the labels are as follows:

• Label dimensions: 46 mm (H) x 140 mm (W) with a tolerance of ±0.1 mm.
• Width: 139.9 - 140.1 mm; Height: 39.9 - 40.1 mm.
• Color specifications: Pantone 639 C, Pantone 290 C, Pantone 583 C, Pantone 5405 C, Pantone 7544 C (from Pantone Solid Chips coated).
• Print process: ABG Cutt + Varnish with flexible rectangle die-cutting.
• Roll configuration: Right edge leading, with 3,000 labels per roll.
• Label content: Supplier name, address, label name, order number, quantity, and company identification.
• Packaging: Labels must be attached to shipper rolls with a sample attached externally for quick reference.
• Certification: Each consignment must include a signed Certificate of Conformance on company letterhead, stating batch number, label name, specifications, and results of in-house tests, aligned with OBP specifications.
• Pre-print approval: Uncut draw sheet must be approved by QA before initial printing.

Additional requirements include compliance with the specified Pantone colors, proper packaging, and adherence to quality assurance protocols to ensure product conformity.
