Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver 500ml plastic bottles with screw caps to decant syrups, ensuring the procurement of quality bottles that meet specified standards for use at Umphumulo Hospital.

The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of approximately 500 units of 500ml brown plastic bottles with screw caps, manufactured for decanting syrups. The delivery is a once-off process to Umphumulo Hospital, KwaZulu-Natal, within the contractual period, adhering to the technical and quality specifications outlined in the tender documents.

Technical Requirements

• Supply of 500ml brown plastic bottles with screw caps.
• Bottles must be new, unused, and conform to the specified size and color (brown).
• Manufactured to meet the quality standards specified in the tender documentation.
• Samples may be required for approval prior to full supply.
